HOW MUCH WILL I BE COMMISSIONED?

Our base commission currently is 10% of successful sale value. This is just a minimum number. Based on performance and any promotions we might run, that number may increase.

WHY WERE MY SALES NOT TRACKED?

Make sure the tracking links created through your dashboard are affixed properly as this will be the determining factor in how your sales generate commission. Any sales made outside of the tracking links/promo codes are out of our control and may not be reversed. Please reach out to a team member if you are having trouble.

HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO INSTAGRAM WHEN APPLYING?

As of right now, the program we use to power the affiliate program only supports Instagram connection for business/creator accounts, no personal accounts. To connect a business/creator account, please make sure the account you are trying to connect is linked to a Facebook Page (a business profile.) Here is how to make a Facebook Page.

Good news though, you can still promote on your personal account! Go ahead and apply/sign-up using a different media or email address. After being accepted, there will be instructions on how to reach out to our team and we can assist you from there.

YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH US MAY BE AUTO-TERMINATED WITHOUT NOTICE FOR A COUPLE REASONS:

1. Noncompliance: Your partnership was auto-terminated for not adhering to the Terms & Agreements.
2. No activity: There has been no activity on the partner's end for more than 90 days. 'No activity' may include but not limited to: no promotional posts/videos after products have been received or failure to reach out per instructions on welcome letter.
3. Balance of products: A balance of unpromoted products exists.
